If you send your items to us by Special Delivery then your parcel is automatically insured for £500 with Royal Mail. Whilst your items are with us they are fully insured by us and stored in our on site safes.

How will I know when you have received my parcel?

The Special Delivery service guarantees next working day delivery, We will email you as soon as your parcel has been received with an offer. please ensure to enclose your contact details within the parcel

What happens if I don't accept your offer?

If you do not wish to accept our offer then we will return your items to you free of charge, we send all return parcels fully insured with our couriers for your piece of mind, so there really is no risk to you. you can check the price of Gold using our gold converter and price checker on the right hand side of the screen.
